Refund policy

Returns
No returns, only exchanges.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us no later than 5 days after receiving the order to get an exchange approval. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and shipped back within 1-3 days after the exchange has been approve by Guelaguetza Designs.

Customer is responsible for shipping expenses to get the item back to the store and to ship the exchange back to the customer. 

In store purchases have 5 days to exchange. 

Custom orders are final sales. 

Gift Cards are non-returnable. 

Any sale items cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via email at Hola@guelaguetzadesigns.com

Any damage/defective report must be submitted no later than 5 days from delivery date. In order to open a claim with carrier we will need:
-Order number, 
-Picture (s) of the damage/ defective item (s) 
-Picture of inside of the box showing original packaging materials
-Picture showing the shipping label

Failure to provide completed information and pictures will result in a denied claim with no right to a refund or replacement. 

Once claim has been submitted we will follow up with further instructions.
